A bathtub in the city!

After a long day exploring bustling Hanoi, soaking in the deep bathtub was bliss. The staff were kind.

Right place for 3 nights with efficient staff with the service provided by the hotel staff.

Good location in the Old town.

The venue is reasonably clean and fairly large, views are brilliant, the location is great really close to the center of hanoi, the centre of the old city, and parks, restaurants, shops and Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff are very very nice and welcoming and I loved their attitude.

Can recommend for a lightning trip

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, the hotel has great amenities like air conditioning and 24-hour reception to ensure a pleasant stay, and it's just a 30-minute drive from the nearest airport.

Couldn't ask for better

Rooms are good basic with balcony and a nice terrace and a nice bathtub in the bathroom, food is outstanding. Coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

The view from the terrace breakfast was fine.

The walls were thin, so noises from neighboring rooms were disruptive.

reasonably spacious rooms, amazing very central location. very easy to get from noi bai international airport, just 19 miles. exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, a balcony and free wireless internet access in the room.

The charming decor and warm atmosphere. The entrance was easily accessible, allowing me to glide in effortlessly without my cane getting caught in the door.

Quieter rooms would enhance the experience greatly.

Great location and friendly staff

I stayed for 4 nights in a Beautiful Double Room and was really surprised by the location, easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The staff was genuinely cute and always ready to help, especially Sophie from Guest Relations, who ensured my stay was comfortable. Breakfast options included delicious Pho and fresh fruits, which I looked forward to each morning. The shower water pressure could be improved, as it was a bit weak .
