After a long day exploring bustling Hanoi, soaking in the deep bathtub was bliss. The staff were kind, making every effort to ensure I felt at home.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, the hotel has great amenities like air conditioning and 24-hour reception to ensure a pleasant stay, and it's just a 30-minute drive from the nearest airport.

Couldn’t ask for better

The view from the terrace breakfast was stunning.

The walls were thin, so noises from neighboring rooms were disruptive.

The charming decor and warm atmosphere made me feel embraced like a granddaughter at a family reunion. The entrance was easily accessible, allowing me to glide in effortlessly without my cane getting caught in the door.

Quieter rooms would enhance the experience greatly.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe Double Room and was pleasantly surprised by the location, which made it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The staff was genuinely welcoming and always ready to help, especially Sophie from Guest Relations, who ensured my stay was comfortable. Breakfast options included delicious Pho and fresh fruits, which I looked forward to each morning. However, the shower water pressure could be improved, as it was a bit weak during my stay.

i've stayed in hanoi before, but lucky 3 hotel exceeded my expectations! the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed, and the location was perfect for exploring. plus, the breakfasts with delicious options like pho and fresh fruits were a fantastic start to my day.

We loved our stay here! The breakfast on the 9th floor was a highlight, with its beautiful city views and tasty variety that energized us for our adventures. Plus, the location in the Old Quarter made exploring Hanoi with our family and pet super convenient.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-oriented activities available.

The Deluxe Double Room was decent—nothing too fancy but totally fine for a few nights. It was clean and had good hot water for showers. The A/C worked well, which was a relief in the heat. I had a lovely balcony to enjoy, but water pressure in the shower could've been better. Overall, no major complaints.

I could hear sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms, especially on the lower floors. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but hope for better soundproofing in the future.
